2026 ANNUAL MEETING OF THE MEMBERSHIP • JUNE 20, 2026 • FORT LARAMIE COMMUNITY CENTER GYMNASIUM
The annual meeting of the membership is quickly approaching. The meeting, scheduled for June 20, will be held in the gymnasium at the Fort Laramie Community Center. The meeting will start at 4:00 PM MD, with voter registration beginning at 2:00 PM MDT. Meeting packets with all the information will be mailed to the membership toward the end of May, followed up by an email on June 1, 2026.
HERBICIDE OPT OUT
If you wish to opt out of having the road edge alongside your property sprayed, please complete the Herbicide Spray Opt Out Form. If you choose to opt out, our hope is this advance notice gives you time to plan how you are going to take care of the weeds.
ROAD ADVISORY COMMITTEE (RAC)
The Chair of the Road Advisory Committee is Tom Jacobi (parcel 156); additional members are being solicited.
ELECTRIC UTILITY REBATE UPDATE - On April 1, 2026, one parcel has made an electric utility buy-in. Issue date of rebates to be determined.
ROAD MAINTENANCE AND SNOW PLOWING
The Board would like to remind all ranch residents to CONTACT THE BOARD about any road maintenance issues. If we don't know about the problem, we can't fix it!! DO NOT stop our road contractors with your concerns - you are paying them by the hour!

POACHING ON THE RANCH
An Incidence of poaching has been reported on the ranch and is currently being investigated by Game and Fish. Be aware and report any unusual/suspicious circumstances to
Wyoming Game and Fish.
